Our New Project in Meram: Gardenya

Construction work has begun on the Gardenya Project. Located on Gazze Avenue in Meram, one of Konya’s rapidly developing districts, the project aims to introduce a new residential center to the area with its modern architecture and spacious social facilities.

Gardenya will be built on a total project area of 15,000 square meters and will consist of 5 blocks and 178 apartments. The project will offer 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 apartment options designed to meet different lifestyle needs.

In addition to extensive landscaped areas, the Gardenya Project will feature sports, entertainment and social facilities, offering families a comfortable, peaceful and high-quality living environment.
